Role Within the Club
The Secretary's role is to make sure that the club's communications function effectively. Main tasks are to act as the first point of contact for the club, deal with or delegate the admin duties, ensure that members have access to necessary documents, arrange committee meetings and set the agenda and take minutes at the meetings and distribute them afterwards.

Role Within the Club
My main responsibility is ensuring the field is compliant with Archery GB's rules and that everyone and their equipment are safe to shoot. Whenever possible I will run the main shooting line for standard practice or 3D practice sessions, Fun days and Competition days.
I create and organise the summer and winter fixture lists including our friendlies with other clubs and fun days which I organise with the Club Rep.
I will also prepare target lists for friendlies and club championships.Date Elected

When away from my main role I am also one of the coaching team at CMO.
