No complaints about the weather, especially from Barry as he shot the perfect end on a Tuesday morning practice session at 40 yards.
Bruce added 3 of his own golds to the total for good luck.
It hasn’t ended yet, but May has been a good month at the club.
We managed to get a game of Pizza Tray Challenge in before the main Game of Arrows. Andy being so consistent, hitting the small 20 point circles was the outright winner and in a good position for the games to come. Omar’s nephew enjoyed it and it’s good practice. However, we need to eat more pizza!
Well this is spring, the clocks have gone forward, but the sun refuses to show up for too long, meaning rain and cooler than normal temperatures are putting members off shooting.
We had a good turn up a few weeks ago but due to a field invasion we had to cancel both the Saturday and Sunday shoots, however, the caravans did move on after a few days. So now as well as the weekends we also hold Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoons sessions too.
